At UR 2017: Tied for team lead by running in all seven events...Named team captain...Was Rochester's top finisher at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, placing 101st in a time of 26:25.9...Finished 48th of 170 at the Hamilton Short Course and 64th of 238 at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Named to UAA All-Academic Team following the season.

At UR 2016: The junior competed in five meets, finishing in Rochester's top five in three of them...Member of UR's championship teams at UAA's and NCAA Atlantic Regional...Season best 8k time of 26:52.58 at the UAA Championships...Finished in top half of the field at the NCAA Atlantic Regional.

At UR 2015: As a sophomore, ran in six meets, tying for the team lead...Placed 35th at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Top-8k time of 26:50.28 at the Rowan University Border Battle on Oct. 17...Was top-5 finisher on UR at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational when he ended up in 50th place...Named to UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2014: Competed in five events his freshman season...Posted a season best finish of 35th place at the Oswego Invitational where he ran a time of 26:52.3...Also, finished in the top-50 at the Harry Anderson Invitational...Defeated 63% of opposing runners.

HS: Attended West Genesee HS where he lettered all four years on the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Was co-captain as a senior on all three squads...Was Wildcats XC MVP as a junior and indoor and outdoor track and field MVP as a senior...Was 2014 Section III champion on the 4x800m relay team while helping 2013 XC team earn a bid to compete at the NYS Federation Championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
