At UR 2019: Finished junior season ranked fifth on Rochester with an average finish of 61st across five races...Ended in the Yellowjackets top-5 runners four times, including a season-best 46th place finish at the SLU Ronald Hoffman Invitational on Oct. 12...Had top time of the season (26:25.3) in 58th finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships...Also, was 55th at the UAA Championships and 65th at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Defeated over 75% of opposing runners, earning an W/L record of 907-300.

At UR 2018: Did not appear in any races during sophomore campaign.

At UR 2017: First-year season saw him compete in four meets...Ranked 3rd on Rochester with an average finish of 56.5...Was 34th in first collegiate race, coming at the Brockport Early Season Short Course...Season best finish in the open race at the Williams Purple Valley Invite placing 18th of 79 runners...Clocked in 16:45.4 in 59th place result at the Hamilton Short Course Invite.

HS: Was a member of the cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track and field teams at Pittsford Mendon HS...Team captain as a senior for all three teams...Earned Jason Dejoy award as a senior...Helped Vikings to four straight New York State titles, earning Section V title in each year as well.
