At UR 2018: Finished UR cross country career running five times, including at the UAA and NCAA Atlantic Regionals...Finished 24th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational to open his season...Finished in the top-50 at the UAA meet and was 65th at NCAA Regionals...Average finish of 79.20 as a senior...Ran a lifetime-best 26:45.2 over the 8k course at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Member of the UAA All-Academic Team and was selected as USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2017: The junior appeared in six meets for the Yellowjackets...Was Rochester's top finisher at the UAA Championships, placing 57th in 28:03.5...Finished 125th of 290 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, posting an 8k best of 26:46.7...Season-best finish of 35th at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Ran in three meets, earning two top-100 finishes...Posted season best 8k time at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, completing the course in 27:32.3, over a minute better than previous best time and was second UR runner across the finish line...Honored for academics by being named to UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Competed five times during freshman year...Top time of 28:44.12 for an 8k race at the Rowan University Border Battle.

HS: Attended Wilbraham and Monson Academy where he earned varsity letters in cross country (4x), outdoor track (4x), indoor track (3x) and swimming (1x)...Was team captain in XC and both track and field squads his junior and senior years...Named team MVP of cross country and outdoor track as a junior, also earning indoor track coaches award...Earned coaches award as a senior in XC and indoor track...Was honored with Trustee Award for leadership, academic and athletic achievement...Also, earned Markell and Monson Class of 1898 Award and Owen David Dow Memorial Award.
