At UR 2018: Competed in four races, ending with an average finish of 70.75 as a senior...Named team captain...Finished 31st of over 200 runners at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle open race, clocking in with a season-best time of 27:33.8...Finished 66th at the UAA Championships and was 82nd at the Yellowjacket Invitational...UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017: The junior placed in two meets during 2017 season...Was 50th of 170 at the Hamilton Short Course Invitational, helping UR to a 5th place finish...Also, ran at the Williams Purple Valley Classic, posting an 8k time of 29:10.4...Was on fall UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2016: Ran in four meets, earning a season best 8k time of 27:39 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run on Oct. 1...Finished in 57th place at the open race of the Rowan University Border Battle...Placed in top-100 of over 300 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational and finished in Rochester's top-5 runners...Earned spot on UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Competed five times during first year on the River Campus...Was 46th and posted top 8k time of the fall at the Rowan University Border Battle in the open division, finishing in 27:04.30.

HS: Graduated from Rome Free Academy where he participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field and swimming for the Black Knights...Named captain of XC and both track and field squads as a senior...Was 2014-15 League All-Star in the steeplechase.
