At UR 2018: The senior captain was the Yellowjackets top finisher in six races this season...Defeated over 92% of opposing runners and had an average finish of 19.33 in 2018...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships, becoming UR's first runner at nationals since 2013...Finished 49th at NCAA's, posting a career-best 25:05.3 8-kilometer time, missing All-American honors by less than ten seconds...Earned All-Region honors following 6th place result at the Atlantic Regional meet and was 2nd Team All-UAA after 13th place finish at the conference championships...Was overall winner at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 15...Selected to UAA's All-Academic team and earned spot on USTFCCCA's All-Academic squad following the season.

At UR 2017: Was one of UR's top runners during junior campaign...Named team captain for the season...Ranked fourth on the team beating a combined 65% of opposing racers...Rochester's first finisher in two races, at the Williams Purple Valley Classic and the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Finished 30th of 209 runners at the UR Invite...Season best 8k time of 26:10.4 in 34th place finish at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Named UAA Athlete of the Week on Sept. 25...Honored with spot on UAA All-Academic team for the second straight year.

At UR 2016: Had a solid second season with the Yellowjackets, competing in five events as a sophomore...Was among UR's top-5 runners on four occasions, including at the UAA Championships and NCAA Atlantic Regional...Had a season best 8k time of 26:12 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run...Finished 27th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, helping UR to a runner-up finish in the team standings...Named to the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2015: Ran in three races during first year on the River Campus...Was 55th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, the second UR runner across the finish...Had his season best 8k time of 26:58.3 at the SUNY Geneseo Pre-Regional on Oct. 3.

HS: Attended Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School where he earned four letters in track and field and soccer, one letter in cross-country for the Timberwolves...2-time track team captain, 1-time for soccer and cross country...Earned track and field MVP honors as a junior and senior, XC also as a senior...Was All-League honoree in cross country and track and field...Class Salutatorian and was Treasurer of Student Council.
