At UR 2014: Finished off Yellowjacket career as one of UR's top runners in 2014...Ran a career best 8k time of 25:59.2 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, placing 15th of 291 runners...Was 46th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship in 26:13.1 while earning two other top-50 finishes on the year...Overall, defeated 71% of opposing runners...Named to UAA All-Academic Team and a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete.

At UR 2013: Recorded a strong junior campaign, running in five races and earning three top-50 finishes...Placed 17th of 162 runners at the season opening Oswego State Invitational...Posted quickest time of the year (26:33.9) at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 19, placing 50th of 277 runners...UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2012: The sophomore had a solid second year for UR, competing in six events...Posted a 7th place finish in the first race of the year in a seasons best time of 26:31.4...Beat 70% of his competitors during 2012 season...Member of UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2011: As a freshman, ran in four races for the Yellowjackets...Earned two top-15 finishes including a season best 11th at the Brockport Invitational and a 13th place at the Harry Anderson Invitational...Had an average race result of 29th place.

HS: Pittsford Mendon graduate where he ran cross country, track and field and skiied for the Vikings...Team captain in cross country (2010) and track and field (2011)...MVP in XC and track and field as a senior...Three time All-County selection, while also earning All-Section and All-State honors in cross country...Personal best of 4:34 in the 1600m and 2:01 in the 800m.
