At UR 2015: As a senior, competed in seven races, including being a top-5 finisher for UR at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (44th) and at the NCAA Division III Championships (151st) where the Yellowjackets placed 14th as a team...Had a career best 6k time of 22.39.13 at the Rowan University Border Battle where she placed 56th...Placed 30th at the UAA Championships and was 31st at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Defeated over 71% of competition...Named USTFCCCA All-Academic and to UAA's All-Academic squad.

At UR 2014: The junior really stepped up in 2014, being one of UR's top-5 runners throughout the entire season...Posted a personal best 6k time of 22:44 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Had six top-50 finishes including three top-20's coming at the Oswego Invitational (19th), Yellowjacket Invitational (11th) and at the NYSCTC Championships (12th)...Earned 2nd Team All-NYSCTC...Named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete and also was on the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2013: Sophomore ran in six races...Earned best 6k time of the season at the UAA Championships, finishing in 24:41.7, placing 61st, her best placement on the year...Named to the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: Competed in seven races her freshman year...Posted a seasons best time of 24:32.6 (6k) at the UAA Championship...Earned 39th place at the Oswego State Invitational in her first college race.

HS: Attended Guilderland HS where she lettered in cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track and field for the Dutchmen...Named co-captain of XC team as a senior...Helped team to 2010 NYS Federation meet as a junior...Earned the President's Award and was a three-time scholar athlete.
