At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Had another strong campaign during senior year...Scored once at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and twice at the Liberty League Championships...Was 6th at the AAR meet in the mile...5th in the mile (PR 5:15.82) and 7th in the 800 meters at the LL meet, helping UR to runner-up honors as a team...Was on UR's winning DMR squad at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, adding a runner-up finish in the 800 meters at the same meet...Career-best 800 meter time of 2:23.88 came at the RIT February Invitational...Had UR's top mile time this season.

Outdoor: Finished in the top-10 in all nine races during the spring...Was 7th in the 1500 meters and 9th in the 800 meters...Career-best time of 2:22.44 at the LL meet in the 800...Runner-up finish in the 1500 meters at the Lynchburg Jack Toms Invitational...UR's top 1500 meter time of 4:49.39 this season...Had two top-3 finishes at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Returned to the team as a junior and produced a strong season...Was on UR's 4x800 meter relay team that won the NYSCTC Indoor Championships title in a school record time of 9:40.57...Also, was 6th individually in the 1000 meters at the NYSCTC meet...Competed at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships and was runner-up on 4x800 relay and placed 7th in the 1000 meters...Won event title in the 800 meters at the Houghton December Classic, running a time of 2:26.22 which was 4th quickest on UR this season.

Outdoor: Kept great season rolling during the spring, finishing inside the top-8 in every individual event she entered...Was 8th in the 1500 meters at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, clocking in at 4:47.57, good for the 4th best time on UR this year...Had her season best time in the 800 meters at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet, crossing the finish in 2:22.76.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in one meet indoors as a freshman...Ran 2nd in the mile at the RIT Early Season Invitational and 4th on the 4x400m relay.

Outdoor: Competed once for UR...Placed 17th in the 1500m at the Cortland Classic on Apr. 17-18.

HS: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field for the Warriors of Tuba City, HS...Named captain of the cross country team as a junior and senior...Three-time MVP in XC, one-time MVP in track and field...Was Tuba City HS Athlete of the Year and Academic Athlete of the Year...Earned two Division 3 800m state titles in track with a personal best time of 2:18...Class Co-Salutatorian and National Honor Society President.
