At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in three events following her performance at the Nazareth Triangular on Feb. 27...Was runner-up in the 60 meter hurdles (10.01 prelim time, 10.35 finals), 4x400 meter relay (4:15.97) and long jump (5.00m)...Also, placed 8th in the shot put with a toss of 9.28m.

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Enjoyed another terrific season as a junior indoors, being a part of Rochester's 4x400 meter relay team which set a new school record of 3:49.43 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational and qualified for the NCAA's...Named USTFCCCA All-American for the second year in a row, this time coming on UR's 4x400 meter relay...Earned two All-Liberty League honors, including 1st Team on the 4x400 meter relay and was 2nd Team in the pentathlon...Ranked top-50 in the NCAA in two events, #5 on 4x400 meter relay and #25 in the pentathlon (3,247 points)...Two All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA...Set new PR of 59.89 seconds in the 400 meters also at BU meet...12 total finishes inside the top-8 during nine total meet appearances...Liberty League All-Academic selection in the spring season as well as All-Academic honors from the USTFCCCA...CoSIDA Academic All-District seletion.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships for the second straight year in the pentathlon, finishing 12th overall with a score of 3,243 points...That score included a 3rd place result in the pentathlon's 800 meters in 2:21.46...Was 1st Team All-Liberty League in the 4x400 meter relay following win at the conference championships in 4:00.75...Also, placed second in the pentathlon at Liberty League's with a personal best score of 3,339 points, garnering second team accolades...Finished in 6th in the 60 meter hurdles at the LL meet and was on 5th palce distance medley relay for UR at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Accumulated 15 top-8 finishes during indoor season, including three wins and three runner-ups...Named All-Region from the USTFCCCA in the pentathlon and was nationally ranked #18 during the regular season.
