At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Impressive indoor campaign saw the junior earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the weight throw...Competed eight teams, earning a pair of All-League honors at Liberty Leagues...Scored First-Team All-Liberty League honors in the weight throw (1st, 15.22m) and Second-Team All-League honors in the shot put (2nd, 12.34m)...Finished outside the top 10 just once across eight competitions, earning seven top-three results in the shot put and weight throw...Tallied a third-place result in the weight throw (15.61m) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8...Earned Liberty League Field Performer of the Week honors after scoring two top-three results at the RIT February Friday Invitational, finishing second in the weight throw (15.76m) and third in the shot put (11.43m)...Set a new PR in the weight throw at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up with a 16.43m throw, good for third place...Earned a pair of eighth-place finishes at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships in both throwing events...Ended the regular season ranked 41st in the weight throw on the DIII Indoor Qualifying List.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: The sophomore competed six times for the Yellowjackets, scoring two podium results at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished 4th in the shot put (indoor PR 11.19m) and 5th in the weight throw (PR 14.00m) at the conference meet, helping Rochester claim the team title...Added top-10 finishes in the shot put during the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28 and at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Outdoor: Appeared at five meets as a thrower...Had a terrific meet at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, setting personal best marks in the shot put (2nd, 12.14m) and hammer throw (4th, 43.28m) to earn podium finishes...Named 2nd Team All-Liberty League in the shot put...Did not finish lower than 12th in any event during the outdoor season and had five total top-10 results...Competed at the AARTFC Championships and was 12th in the shot put.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets, competing in both the shot put and weight throw at the Liberty League Championships...Was 11th in the shot put with a mark of 9.82 meters at the conference meet...Scored three Top-10 finishes, including a season-best 7th (10.55m) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10.

Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets, competing in the throwing events...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the shot put (3rd, season-best 11.45m)...12th place at the conference meet in the hammer throw...Notched five Top-10 finishes...Scored a 5th-place finish in the shot put (10.52m) at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8.
