At UR 2023-24: Indoor:Â Competed six times as a junior...Ran the 800 meters and the DMR at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the DMR (3rd, 12:56.77)...Placed 17th (2:30.40) in the 800 meters...Opened the year with another top-three results, helping UR's 4x400 relay win the event at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20...Finished just shy of the top-10 in the 800 meters (11th, 2:27.70) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Hit the track seven times outdoors...Ran both the 1,500 meters and the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 15th in the 1,500 meters (5:01.01) and sixth in the steeplechase (11:44.89)...Qualified for regionals in the steeplechase and placed 27th, crossing the finish line in 11:54.00...Kicked off the outdoor campaign with a fourth-place finish in the 1,500 meters (4:59.46) at the Towson Invitational, one of three top-five results...Won the 1,500 meters (4:57.71) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Set new personal-bests in successive weeks in the steeplechase (5th, 11:43.93) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi and the 1,500 meters (7th, 4:48.73) at the UR Spring Twilight...College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Ran at seven meets during sophomore season...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades after running on 3rd place distance medley relay team at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Added 19th place result in the 800 meters at Liberty League's...Secured four other top-10 results during the season, including 6th place in the 1000 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9.
