At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Outstanding senior season for the thrower, competing in eight competitions...Set new school record in the shot put at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, finishing second with a mark of 13.26 meters...Also, was second at the conference meet in the weight throw, posting a distance of 15.06 meters...Two-time Second Team All-Liberty League honoree...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in both the weight throw and shot put, finishing third (12.87 meters) and 11th (PR 15.10 meters), respectively...Named a team captain for the season...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put, having the third best mark in the Niagara regional and 36th overall across NCAA Division III...Finished inside the top-8 a total of 13 times on the year, including earning a win in the shot put at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Exceptional final season outdoors...Appeared in nine meets total...Was USTFCCCA All-Region in the discus, ranking second in the region and #37 overall on the NCAA Division III performance list with a UR and Liberty League record throw of 44.06 meters...Named Liberty League Field Performer of the Meet at the conference championships, winning the discus and hammer throw (PR 49.95 meters), while also securing third place in the shot put...Earned two First Team All-Liberty League honors (hammer, discus) and was Honorable Mention in the shot put...Finished in third place in the discus at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, one of 19 top-8 results on the season...Three top-2 results at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 14 and was a double-winner at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on Mar. 29...Selected as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree for the second consecutive season...Third straight Liberty League All-Academic award...Also earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Junior thrower competed in the shot put and weight throw at eight meets...Scored in both the shot put and weight throw at Liberty Leagues, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the weight throw (3rd, 14.41m) and finishing fourth (12.21m) in the shot put...14.41m set a new personal-best in the weight throw at the conference championships...Placed 11th in the shot  put (12.00m) at the AARTFC Indoor Championships...Tallied seven top-five results...Earned back-to-back third-place finishes in the shot put at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20 and the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Notched a pair of top-10 finishes in the shot put (8th) and weight throw (5th) at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9.

Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets outdoors...Competed in the discus, hammer throw and shot put at Liberty Leagues, earning Honorable Mention All-League honors in the shot put (3rd, 12.31m), scoring in the hammer throw (7th, 39.24m) and placing 18th in the discus (29.81m)...USTFCCCA All-Region in the discus...Helped UR to a second-place finish at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, scoring in the discus (6th, 41.97m), while placing 16th in the shot put with an 11.43m throw...12 top-10 finishes in the throwing events...Earned a third-place result in the discus with a 36.81m throw at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 7...Added another podium finish in the discus (3rd, 38.49m) and a fourth place result in the shot put (4th, 11.48m) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Talled two more top-five throws, second in the discus and fourth in the shot put, at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Finished in the top-10 in all three throwing events (DT: 4th, HT: 8th, SP: 9th) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26...Added two more top-10 results in the discus (6th) and shot put (10th) at Williams' FIRE meet on May 10-11...College Sports Communicators Academic All-District nominee...Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Showed versatility once again, excelling in the throw and jumping events as a sophomore...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors with a 2nd place finish in the shot put at the conference championships (11.42m)...Added scoring performance in the triple jump (4th, 10.93m) and just missed the podium in the weight throw (9th, 12.73m) at Liberty Leagues...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the triple jump and ended 7th with a PR leap of 11.15 meters...Accumulated eight top-8 results during the season that spanned a total of eight meets.

Outdoor: Eight meet appearances outdoors...Placed 3rd in the discus at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships, throwing a season-best 42.19 meters in the discus...Also, earned 19th place at regionals in the shot put (11.61m)...Finished the season ranked #42 in Division III in the discus, earning USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region praise...Liberty League champion in the discus (39.97m) and was event scorer in the hammer throw (5th, PR 43.26m) and shot put (6th, 11.79m)...1st Team All-Liberty League accolades in the discus...Won discus and was 2nd in the shot put at the RIT Invitational on Apr. 8...Nine total top-3 finishes on the season...Liberty League All-Academic team...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets, competing in three different events...Scored a 5th place finish in the triple jump (10.44m) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, adding 14th place result in the weight throw (11.75m)...Five top-10 finishes, all but one of which came in the triple jump.

Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the discus...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades in both the triple jump (3rd, 10.69m) and the discus (3rd, 37.14m)...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in both the triple jump (16th) and discus (32nd)...Tallied nine top-10 finishes during the season...Season-best 2nd place finish in the discus (39.23m) at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8...Two-time Liberty League Track Rookie of the Week (5/9, 5/17).
