At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Junior distance runner competed in six meets for Rochester...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the DMR (3rd, 12:56.77)...Also ran the 3,000 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, setting a new PR and placing 11th with a time of 10:31.85...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters and finished 13th (10:47.83)...Tallied three top-10 results...Hit a personal-best time in the mile (8th, 5:27.02) at the Brockport Invitational & Multi on Feb 3...Won the 3,000 meters (1st, 10:42.81) at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9.

Outdoor: Logged action in six meets, holding UR's top 1,500-meter time on the year...Ran both the 1,500 meters (9th, 4:49.36) and the 5,000 meters (15th, 19:13.16) at Liberty Leagues...Qualified for regionals in the 5,000 meters, placing 25th with a time of 18:50.99...Four top-10 results...Ran a new personal-best time in the 5,000 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic, clocking in at 18:34.31...Earned two top-four results at the UR Spring Twilight, helping the 'Jackets' 'B' 4x400 Relay to a third-place finish (4:19.86) while placing fourth and setting a new PR in the 1,500 meters (4:47.87)...Liberty League All-Academic honoree.

Outdoor: Six meet appearances outdoors...Earned four top-15 results, posting a season-best finish of 12th place in the 1500 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on Apr. 29 (5:04.10)...Added 13th place 1500 meter result at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 15...Top 1500 meter time of 5:03.86 at the Geneseo Early season Invitational on Apr. 2-3...Named Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2021-22: Outdoor: Appeared in four meets, competing in the 1500 and 5000 meters...Notched a season-best 10th place finish in the 5000 meters, clocking in at 18:53.93 at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational on April 2...Finished 14th at the Liberty League Championships in the 5k, running a time of 20:17.09.
