At UR 2021-22: Indoor: 2021-22 Team Captain...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League Honors in the distance medley relay (3rd, 13:08.07)...Opened the season with a Top-5 finish in the 4x400 (4:36.24) at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10...Turned in five Top-5 finishes...Took home 1st-place in the 4x400 meters at the Bomber Invitational on Feb. 6 with a 4:09.63 time...Added a 3rd-place finish in the 500 meters (1:24.32) at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22
Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, competing in the 400, 4x400 relay and the 400 meter hurdles...Turned in five Top-10 finishes...Finished 2nd in the 4x400 relay at the Rochester Spring Classic on April 8 (4:07.76) and at the UR Alumni Invite on April 30 (4:12.32)...Added another 2nd-place finish in the 400m hurdles (1:10.62) at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on April 24...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Garnered All-Region honors as part of UR's 4x400 meter relay from the Nazareth Triangular...The quartet finished in 4:15.97, good for a runner-up result...Also, finished 4th in the 200 meters, clocking in with a 28.11 second time.
Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets...Finished in 6th place at the Liberty League West Championships in the 400 meters, crossing the finish in 1:00.92...Was a double-winner at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1, winning the 400 meters (PR 1:00.53) and 4x400 meter relay...11 overall top-8 finishes on the season, including four wins.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Was a scorer for UR at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 8th in the 400 meters in 1:02.81...Season-best time in the 400 meters of 1:01.73 which came at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational...Nine overall top-8 finishes on the year, including a season-best 4th coming on 4x400 meter relays at both the Nazareth Alumni Opener (12/6) and Brockport Multi & Invitational (2/8).
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Competed at seven meets...Earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors, running on UR's conference winning 4x400 meter relay (4:00.75) at the Liberty League Championships...Also, placed 9th individually in the 400 meters in 1:02.47...Recorded eight total top-10 finishes on the year, with her highest individual finish coming at the Brockport Multi & Invitational where she was 5th in the 500 meters (1:26.84).
Outdoor: Made seven appearances during first outdoor campaign...Part of Rochester's 4x400 meter relay which had a UR season-best time of 3:55.80 at the All-Atlantic Regional Championship, finishing 5th and ranking inside the top-50 in Division III...Was on 4x400 meter relay which captured Liberty League title in a meet record 3:58.99, earning 1st Team All-conference honors...5th place result individually for the 400 meters at the Liberty League meet (1:01.12)...Nine total finishes inside the top-8...Pair of top-3 results at the UR Alumni Invitational (400m, 4x400m relay).
HS: Lettered in track and field, cross country and tennis at the Academy of the Holy Names in Albany, NY...Named co-captain of each team during her time there...Earned two MIP honors, one MVP accolade and two Coaches Awards...NYSPHSAA Section II Colonial Council President's Award winner...Section II 4x400 meter relay champion in 2017...5th place in the state at NYS Championships on 4x800 meter relay in 2015...Individual Colonial Council champion in the 600 meters indoors in 2017 and were 4x400 meter relay Council champions outdoors twice...Holy Names won four straight indoor and outdoor track and field Colonial Council titles from 2014-2017...Member of Ambassadors Club and was President...Junior and senior class Treasurer...Capital Zone NYS Association for Health, PE, Recreation and Dance Leadership Award recipient...Mary Patricia Whalen Devane '49 Award.
