At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Competed in two events at the Nazareth Triangular, UR's lone indoor meet of the season...Finished 4th in the mile run in 5:25.70 and was 5th in the 3000 meters, crossing the finish in 10:57.84...Garnered USTFCCCA All-Region accolades following the indoor season in both distances.
Outdoor: Six meet appearances and finished inside the top-10 seven times...Earned 5000 meter victory at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1, clocking in with a time of 18:30.63...Runner-up in the 10000 meters at the RIT Friday Meet on Apr. 23...Also, was runner-up in the 3000 meters at season-opening RIT-UR-Union meet...Liberty League All-Academic.
HS: Ran on the cross country and track and field teams at Liberty Bell HS in Winthrop, Washington...Also, participated on the nordic ski team while with the Mountain Lions.
