At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Six meet appearances indoors as a senior, including running at the AARTFC and Liberty League Championship meets...Finished 13th at regionals in the 5,000 meters (18:39.32) and was 14th at the Liberty League meet in the same event (18:59.70)...Posted PR's in back-to-back weeks in the 3,000 meters (10:54.80, 6th) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and in the 5,000 meters (18:36.11, 6th) at the D3 Elite Meet at Nazareth on Feb. 15...Placed a season-best fourth in the 5k at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.
Outdoor: Only ran three times outdoors, but competed at two championship meets for the Yellowjackets...Finished 13th at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the 10,000 meters, capping her career with a personal-best time of 39:47.06...Ended tenth in the 10K at the Liberty League Championships in 40:29.93 and was runner-up in the same event at the UR Alumni Invitational, crossing the finish with a time of 39:53.35...Honored for academic work for the third straight season, being named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Competed twice as a junior during the indoor season...Hit a season-high sixth-place finish in the 5,000 meters (20:18.47) at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9...Set a new PR in the 3,000 meters, clocking in at 11:44.53 (21st) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Ran in six meets outdoors...Placed ninth in the 10.000 meters at Liberty Leagues with a time of 40:24.16...Set a new 10,000 meters PR the following weekend at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, placing 16th with a time of 40:08.19...Notched a personal-best time in the 5,000 meters (19:54.82) at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational on March 30...Season-best fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters (40:16.63) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 15...Tallied another PR at the UR Spring Twilight in the 1,500 meters (5:16.50) on April 26...Named Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Ran at one meet indoors during sophomore year...Finished 15th in the 3000 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9.
Outdoor: Appeared five times...Finished a season-best 17th twice, coming in the 5000 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic (PR 20:30.02) and RIT Invitational...Cracked top-20 in the 5k field at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 22...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2021-22:Â Indoor:Â Competed in two events, running the 3000 meters at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet (1/22) and the 5000 meters at the Bomber Invitational (2/6).
Outdoor:Â Ran the 1500 meters twice during rookie season...At the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on April 24, finished 15th in the 1500 meters...Appeared in the 1500 meters the University of Rochester Alumni Invite on Apr. 30.
HS: Earned varsity letters in track and field, cross country and soccer at Middleburgh Central School...Soccer co-captain as a junior and senior...Earned track and field MVP three times during her career, also earning Most Improved and MVP honors in soccer...Named Middleburgh Female Athlete of the Year in 2021...WAC Scholar Athlete accolades...AP Scholar with Distinction...Member of the National Honor Society..FFA President...Class Treasurer...Youth as Leaders...Part of Student Government.
