At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Participated at both the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League Championships in distance events...Was 6th in the LL meet in the 5000 meters in a career-best 18:29.38, also posting a PR in the 3000 meters (10:41.65) in a 13th place results...Was 8th at the AAR meet a week later...1st place finish in the 3k at the Hamilton Continental Invitational.

Outdoor: Scored six top-8 finishes in seven races during senior season outdoors...Was 4th in the 5000 meters at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, shaving 20 seconds off her personal best time, running in 18:05.10...Was 5th in the 5k and 8th in the 1500 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor meet, helping the Yellowjackets end 2nd in the team standings...Opened season with a runner-up in the 5000 meters at the Lynchburg Jack Toms Invitational...Finished 1st in front of home crowd in the 1500 meters at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Career-best 4:49.66 in the 1500 meters in 2nd place run at the SJFC Cardinal Classic...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in four meets during sophomore season indoors...Had three top-10s, including two coming at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 30 when she was 8th in the mile and on UR's 4x400m relay.

Outdoor: Finished in 16th place in the 5000m at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, her second ever appearance at the state meet...Posted season best result of 5th at the Rochester Spring Invite 5000m run, finishing in a season best time of 19:19.15.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Ran in five meets indoors as a freshman...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships where she placed 14th in the 1000m in a season best time of 3:18.70...Earned two top-8 finishes at the Ithaca Invitational on Feb. 7, running 6th on the 4x400m relay and 7th in the 800m.

Outdoor: Competed in one meet during the outdoor season.

HS: Graduated from Abraham Lincoln HS where she particpated in cross country, track and field and soccer for the Lions...Cross country team captain as a senior, MVP in final two seasons...Selected for Central Coast Sectionals as a junior and senior, helping team to division title in 2013...Earned track and field MVP and Coaches Award...Member of the National and Tri-M Music Honor Societies as well as being a part of the California Scholarship Federation.
