At UR 2019: Finished out Yellowjacket career with another solid season, leading the team in numerous offensive categories...Was Honorable Mention All-Liberty League after hitting .354 (56-158) with 37 runs, 16 doubles, 1 triple, 4 home runs and 36 RBI...Recorded 86 total bases (.544 slugging), 20 walks, 7 HBP (.439 OBP) and had a .997 fielding mark with one error in 349 chances...Team leader in average, runs, hits, doubles, RBI, total bases and sac flies (4)...Had 17 multi-hit ames and 7 with multiple RBIs and also ended his career reaching base safely in 23 straight games, a season-best...Named Liberty League Tournament Most Outstanding Player, helping Rochester earn its first ever conference tournament title, hitting .478 with 11 hits, 7 runs and 4 RBI in five games...Ranked 1st in the Liberty League in hits, sac flies, putouts (332) and double plays (20), while ranking top-5 in runs, RBI, doubles, walks and hit by pitches...Ends career as Rochester's all-time leader in doubles (53) and putouts (1165) while being 3rd in sac flies (10), 4th in total bases (284), 4th in fielding percentage (.990) and 5th in hits (181)...Recorded career-high 5 hits, adding 3 RBI and 2 runs in UR's win over Ithaca on Apr. 3...Drove in six runs with two doubles and a home run against RIT on Mar. 24...Was selected a UR Garnish Scholar (Top-10 senior athletes) and honored for academic work by being named a Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2018: Had tremendous junior season when he earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors...Was 2nd Team All-Region by the ABCA...Hit a team best .392 (51-130) with a UR record 18 doubles, 4 triples, 2 home runs, 33 runs and 34 RBI...Added 20 walks and nine HBP for a .491 on-base percentage to go along with .638 slugging percentage...Defensively split time between 1st base and catcher, finishing with 253 putouts and a .978 fielding percentage...Had 14 multi-hit games and 9 multi-RBI contests...Career-high tying four hits against Skidmore on Apr. 28, slugging two doubles...Named Liberty League Performer of the Week on Mar. 19 after strong opening week in which he was 11-19 with 6 doubles, 5 RBI and 5 runs scored...Ranked 11th in NCAA Division III in doubles per game (0.50) and 35th in total doubles...Finished first in the Liberty League in doubles and triples, was 3rd in slugging and on-base percentage, 4th in defensive chances and putouts and 5th in average, hits and total bases...Team captain for the 2018 campaign...Named to Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2017: As a sophomore, appeared in 30 games, making 29 starts...Hit .286 (28-29) with 13 runs, 16 RBI, 8 doubles, 1 triple and 2 home runs...Added five walks and seven HBP while also providing four sacrifice bunts...On-base pct. of .364 and slugging mark of .449...Led or tied for team lead in slugging, RBI, doubles, home runs, total bases, HBP and sacrifices, while finishing third in average and hits...Had best game of the year at Vassar on Apr. 5, going 4-4 with a double and 3 RBI...Went 3-5 with two doubles and four runs scored in season finale against Skidmore on May 7...Had seven multi-hit games (3rd on UR) and a team best five multi-RBI contests...Defensively, handled 244 putouts and 19 assist with two errors for a .992 fielding mark, while being a part of 20 double plays...Ranked 2nd in the Liberty League in double plays turned, 4th in putouts, 7th in fielding percentage and 9th in HBP.
At UR 2016:Â Enjoyed an excellent first year in a UR uniform, hitting .326 (46-141), primarily in the middle of the Rochester lineup...Added 11 doubles, 1 triple, a team-high 4 home runs and 31 RBI with 26 runs scored...Slugged .504 (71 TB) and had a .358 on-base percentage...Fielded at a .989 clip this season, making only three errors in 276 chances...Slugged two grand slams on the year, coming against Case on Mar. 13 and then at Medaille on Apr. 19 when he had a season best 6 RBI...Was an Honorable Mention All-Liberty League choice following the season and chosen as LL Rookie of the Week twice...13 multi-hit games and six multi-RBI affairs while posting UR's season long hitting streak at 12 games...Ranked 3rd in the Liberty League in home runs and 7th in RBI.
HS:Â Earned four letters at Los Gatos HS playing baseball (catcher/1B)...Named team captain and MVP his senior season...As a senior, earned All-Santa Clara Valley 1st Team, Mercury News All-Area 1st Team, San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro 1st Team and All-State 2nd Team honors...Posted career batting average of .485 with 108 hits and 79 RBI...Single season highs of 50 hits, 43 RBI and 6 home runs.
