At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets indoors for the Yellowjackets...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 400 meters...Was a part of UR's top 4x200 meter relay team this season, running a 1:50.30 at the RIT February Invitational, a 3rd place finish...Had a strong meet at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19, finishing 2nd on 4x200 meter relay, 4th in the 400 meters and 9th in the 200 meters...Team captain.

Outdoor: Finished off career in style, being a part of UR's winning 4x400 meter relay at the Liberty League Championships, earning 1st Team accolades...Also, was on runner-up 4x100 meter relay and placed 6th individually in the 400 meter hurdles...4x400 meter relay had season-best UR time of 4:01.90 and ended the season ranked 10th in the Atlantic Region, while 4x100 meter relay (49.84 seconds) ended 2nd in the Liberty League in time...Was on two runner-up relays and finished 5th in the 400 hurdles at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic on Apr. 14...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team for the spring season.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Competed in seven meets, including earning a NYSCTC title as a part of UR's Distance Medley Relay squad which ran a time of 12:15.21...Also, individually qualified in the 500 meters, finishing in 16th place...Season best time of 1:22.10 in the 500 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational, running a season best 1:03.75 in the 400 meters the following week at Utica...Had second fastest 400 meter time on UR this season.

Outdoor: Ran in six meets...Was a medalist at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, finishing 7th in the 400 meter hurdles, posting a time of 1:07.52 which is a career best time...Posted lifetime best of 1:03.06 in the 400 meters at the Cortland Classic, placing 10th...Was runner-up on 4x400 meter relay at the Golden Eagle Friday Invite on Apr. 14, also placing 6th individually in the 400 hurdles...Earned spot on USTFCCCA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Only participated in one meet during indoor season...Finished 6th at the RIT Early Season Invitational on the 4x200m relay.

Outdoor: Participated four times, including qualifying for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles where she placed 17th...Finished on 3rd place 4x400m relay at the Rochester Spring Invite where she also placed 8th in the 400m hurdles.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in six meets indoors for the Yellowjackets...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships where she ended 15th in the 500m running a seasons best time of 1:24.24...Was on winning 4x400m relay at the Ithaca Invitational on Feb. 7 when she also finished in 2nd place in the 500m.

Outdoor: Ran in five events during the outdoor season...Was 12th in the 400m hurdles at the NYSCTC Championships running in a time of 1:10.33, a season best...Earned best individual result at the SJFC Cardinal Classic where she placed 4th in the 400m hurdles.

HS: Attended Hilton HS where she participated in cross country and track and field for the Cadets...Named indoor and outdoor track and field captain in her senior year...Earned Most Improved award during junior year...2x Scholar Athlete...All-League as a member of the 4x400m relay indoors in 2013 and 2014, All-County on 4x400m relay outdoors in senior year...Helped Hilton on three straight league titles...Member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.
