Biography

At UR 2019-20: Kept improving as a senior, playing in the top two positions on UR's ladder...Was 13-7 overall, including a 13-5 mark in dual match competition...CSA 2nd Team All-American after qualifying for the Pool Division at the Individual National Championships...Named Liberty League Player of the Year and 1st Team All-Conference following the season...Also, was selected as Liberty League Tournament Most Outstanding Performer going 4-0 during the conference tournament...Had team high four wins against nationally ranked top-100 opponents...Was UR's marathon match performer, compiling six wins in five-set affairs...One of UR's team captains...Two-time conference Performer of the Week, coming on Jan. 20 and Feb. 10...Finished career with 51 wins, tied for 11th in school history. 

At UR 2018-19: Bumped up to #3 in Rochester's lineup as a junior and responded with a 14-8 overall record...Named 1st Team All-Liberty League...Reached the finals of his Molloy bracket at the CSA Individual Championships, falling one win shy of All-American accolades for the second straight season...Had 10 wins over top-100 ranked opponents, second on the Yellowjackets...Had a remarkable 12 matches go the full five games, winning seven of those occurences...Had win over Penn's Daelum Mawji (#28), Columbia's Callan Hall (#36), Yale's Harrison Gill (#22) and Nadav Raziel (#25) during the year.

At UR 2017-18: Another solid season as a sophomore, playing positions #2 through #5 for Rochester, ending with a 14-6 record, tying for the best on the team...Competed in the Molloy division at the CSA Individual Championships, reaching the finals before falling to Trinity's Zaid Sakr in five games...Went 3-0 at the CSA Potter Cup nationals and had three wins at the Liberty League Championships...Posted five wins against nationally ranked competition, tying for most on UR...Named Liberty League Performer of the Week on Feb. 26...Was Honorable Mention All-Liberty League following the season.

At UR 2016-17: Was a regular in the middle of the Yellowjacket lineup throughout freshman season, finishing with a 10-6 record overall...Was 8-3 at #5 and 1-2 at #6, while also representing UR at the CSA Individual Championships in March...Had two wins over nationally ranked opponents, including a four set win over Trinity's Tom de Mulder (#21) on Jan. 21, helping UR hand the top-ranked Bantams their lone loss of the season...Posted match win at #6 spot in the 5th place match at the CSA Potter Cup Tournament against Drexel's Atticus Kelly (#24).

HS: Attended Hawnigan Lake School where he participated in squash.
