At UR 2022: Competed in a team-high seven meets...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors with a team-best 16th-place finish (23:09.9) at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional and qualified for the NCAA DIII Championships...Clocked in with a 6k PR of 22:22.8 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Finished in the Top 50 in five meets and Top 100 in six of seven races, defeating 75.10 percent of the competition...Also earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors...Named to UAA Fall All-Academic team

At UR 2021: The graduate student earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after leading Rochester with a 9th place finish at the NCAA Niagara Regional...The result was her top 6K time of the season (23:33.6) and booked her a spot to compete at the NCAA Division III Championships...Ended 284th at the national meet with a time of 24:26.7...Top-50 finish at the UAA Championships and was 65th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational.

At Brockport 2019: Ran in two meets...Finished 68th at the Hamilton College Short Course meet, posting a 4K time of 17:06.8...Finished just outside the top-100 at the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14.

At Brockport 2017: Appeared in five meets for the Golden Eagles...Finished in a season-best 44th place at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sep. 23, finishing the 5K in 20:42.1...Placed 46th at the Oswego State Invitational.

HS: Attended Fairport HS where she lettered in cross country, outdoor track and field and nordic skiing.
