At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Competed at seven meets indoors as a junior...Placed just off the podium in ninth at the Liberty League Indoor Championships during the pentathlon, scoring 2,289 points...That finish included a runner-up result in the pentathlon shot put (8.13 meters)...Was seventh in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 7-8, ending with a score of 2,574 points...Ran on UR's sixth place 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6.
Outdoor: Ended season with a personal-best 3,590 point total in the heptathlon at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, placing 13th overall in the competition...Ranked fifth in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, scoring 3,406 points, aiding in UR's fourth straight team title...Conference meet saw the junior score top-5's in the heptathlon shot put (4th) and 800 meters (5th)...Had five top-8 results on the season overall, including placing third in the high jump at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo...Earned Liberty League All-Academic recognition for the second straight season.

Outdoor: Multi-athlete saw the track & field in five meets...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the Heptathlon at Liberty Leagues, finishing third with 3,350 points...Finished top three in five-of-eight events, winning the heptathlon 800 meters (1st, 2:26.94) and setting a new personal-best time in the 100-meter hurdles (2nd, 16.82)...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Championships in heptathlon and placed 15th, setting a new personal-best score, 3,558 points, and a PR in the 800 meters (1st, 2:26.08)...Finished in the top-10 six times...Helped UR's 4x100 Relay to an event win (50.11) at the UR Alumni Invitational, while adding top-10 individual finishes in the high jump (7th, 1.33m) and 100 hurdles (9th, 17.12)...Set a PR in the javelin toss (7th, 21.08) en route to a fourth-place finish in the heptathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15...Earned another event win in the 4x400 Relay (1st, 3:56.78) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26...Also jumped a PR in the long jump, hitting 4.94m...Selected to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed in the multi-events as a first-year indoors with Rochester, appearing in five meets...Finished 8th in the pentathlon at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, scoring 2,356 points and helping the Yellowjackets to the team title...Liberty League score included runner-up finish in the pentathlon 800 meters (2:36.64)...Finished 11th in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 3-4...Top season result came on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Invite, earning 7th place.
Outdoor: Appeared six times...Had strong performance at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, securing 9th place in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 3,034 points...Had season-best marks in three of the seven events and finished 3rd among multi-event competitors in the 800 meters (2:23.35)...Finished 7th in the heptathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 14-15...Three top-20 results at the RIT Invitational on Apr. 8, including finishing 10th in the 100 meter hurdles.
HS: Participated in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field for the Spartans of South Jefferson HS...Team MVP as a senior and was 4th leading point scorer in school history for outdoor track & field...League champion in the pole vault and 400 meters during senior season and was sectional champion on 4x400 meter relay...Section III state qualifier champion during 4x400 meter relay as a freshman...Personal best of 5.10 meters in the long jump and 1:02.21 in the 400 meters...Helped the Spartans to league title in 2022.
