At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Continued to improve as a junior, competing at seven competitions for the Yellowjackets...Was on Rochester's top distance medley relay squad that finished second at the Liberty League Championships in 12:15.99, earning Second Team All-Conference accolades while ranking #31 on the NCAA Division III performance list...Additionally, competed at Liberty League's in the 60 meters (14th, 8.32 sec), and 200 meters (17th, indoor PR 27.31 sec)...Ran to two sixth place results individually at the RIT Indoor Invitational on Jan. 30, running both the 200 meters and 400 meters...Ran onf UR's runner-up 4x400 meter relay team at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and finished third on the 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Opener.
Outdoor: Solid outdoor season, competing in eight meets...Finished on runner-up 4x400 meter relay team at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, helping UR post a time of 3:50.45, rankign inside the top-50 on the NCAA Division III performance list...Added 20th place result individually in the 200 meters (26.69 sec) at regionals...Liberty League champion on UR's 4x400 meter relay and earned First Team All-Conference awards in the process...Placed fourth at the conference meet in the 4x100 meter relay, was 13th in the 200 meters (PR 26.15 sec) and 15th in the 100 metes (13.00 sec)...Had terrific meet in Fauver Stadium at the UR Alumni Invitational, finishing first in the 100 meters (PR 12.85 sec), second in the 4x100 meters and third in the 4x400 meters...Was a double-winner (4x400m, 4x100m) at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 14...Compiled 13 total top-5 finishes on the season.
At UR 2023-24:Â Indoor:Â Sophomore sprinter appeared in seven meets...Earned Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x400 Relay (4:03.92) at the conference championships, helping UR to a second-place result...Also ran the 60 and 200 meters at Liberty Leagues, setting a new PR in the 60 (10th, 8.24)...Earned four top-five results, all coming in relays...Notched a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 4x200 Relay at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8 and at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Set a new personal-best time in the 200 meters (27.21) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9...Notched two PRs in the 60-meter hurdles (19th, 10.59) and the 400 meters (11th, 1:05.41) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Ran in six meets...Competed in the 100 meters (12th, 13.10) and 400-meter hurdles (15th, 1:14.26) at Liberty Leagues...Scored a pair of podium finishes at the UR Alumni Invitational, placing second in the 4x100 Relay (50.33) and third in the 4x400 Relay (4:06.91)...Notched a season-high individual finish in the 400-meter hurdles (3rd, 1:16.33) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Recorded new personal-best times in both the 100m hurdles (16th, 18.14) and 400m hurdles (12th, 1:11.87) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Joined Rochester squad and competed in seven meets...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the 60 meters, running a season-best time of 8.32 seconds in her 17th place finish...Ran on runner-up 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28 and placed 3rd on 4x400 meter relay a week later at the Brockport Multi...Top individual finish of 9th place came in the 200 meters (:28.51) at the RIT February Friday Invitational.
