At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Sophomore competed seven times in the distance events...Ran the 5,000 meters at Liberty Leagues, placing 17th (19:34.36)...Notched four top-10 results on the year...Ran a new personal-best time of 11:11.39 (9th) in the 3,000 meters on Feb. 9 at the RIT February Friday Invitational...Set another new PR of 5:31.81 a week later in the mile at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16, placing tenth.
Outdoor: Ran six times during the outdoor season, notching a pair of top-10 results...Placed seventh in the 10,000 meters with a PR of 39:57.68, scoring for Rochester to help the 'Jackets repeat as Liberty League Outdoor Champs...Qualified for regionals in the 10,000 meters and placed 17th (40:02.21)...Opened the year with a new personal-best time in the 5,000 meters (11th, 19:30.27) at the Towson Invitational on March 29...Season-high sixth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Set another new PR in the 1,500 meters (5:07.21) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26...Earned Liberty League All-Academic honors for efforts in the classroom.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Ran six times indoors as a first-year...Placed 3rd in the 5000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, running a season-best time of 19:42.42...Had 10th place result in the 3k at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 17...Ran at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the 5000 meters, ending in 18th place.
Outdoor: Five meet appearances and competed in six total races...Finished 9th in the 10000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 15, clocking in with a time of 44:50.08...Earned two other top-15 results, coming in the 5000 meters at the RIT Invitational (4/8) and St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic (4/29).
HS: Attended Nueva School in San Mateo, CA...Member of the Mavericks cross country and track & field teams...Cross country team captain for two seasons...Earned 1st Team All-League honors in XC for three years...League champion in the 3200 meters in track & field as a senior...5K personal best time of 20:20.9...800 meter top time of 2:40.44...Helped Mavericks to four straight cross country league titles, a sectional crown in 2021 and qualify for the state meet three times, placing in the top-15 each year.
