At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Strong season in the middle-distance events for Rochester as a junior...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Championships in the 800 meters and finsihed 13th in 2:21.23, establishing a new indoor personal-best...Competed at the Liberty League Championships in the 800 meters...Had a pair of runner-up results at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, running the 800 meters (2:22.69) and 4x400 meter relay (4:14.55)...Was second in the 1,000 meters (3:11.76) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, one of six top-8 results throughout the season.
Outdoor: Appeared at eight meets...Ran on Rochester's school record and AARTFC meet record setting 4x800 meter relay (9:09.01) at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, helping the Yellowjackets rank #15 all-time in Division III history in that event outdoors...Secured fourth place in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in a personal-best time of 2:16.90, aiding in Rochester's fourth straight team title...Set PR of 1:01.38 in the 400 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Last Chance Meet on May 11...Was a double-winner at the Rochester Spring Twilight, finishing first in the 800 meters (2:19.89) and on the 4x400 meter relay (4:11.94)...Ten top-8 results on the season overall.
At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Sophomore competed in seven meets...Ran both the 800 meters (15th, 2:28.04) and DMR (12:56.77)Â at Liberty Leagues, helping UR's DMR team to a third-place result to earn Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors...Crossed the finish line in the top-five five times...Opened the year with a fourth-place result in the 500 meters (1:25.89) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Helped Rochester take home first place in the 4x400 Relay in back-to-back weeks at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back and the Conference Challenge Cup...Set a new PR in the 200 meters (33rd, 29.11) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Finished the regular season ranked 46th in the 4x400 Relay on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List with a time set at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (37th, 4:08.18).
Outdoor:Â Middle distance runner hit the track seven times...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the 800 meters, placing third with a time of 2:19.50 at the outdoor conference championships...Set a new personal-best time in the 800-meter prelims at Liberty Leagues, clocking in at 2:19.24...Qualified for the AARTFC and finished 27th in the 800 meters (2:26.49)...Ran to five top-10 results...Was on UR's 'B' 4x400 Relay that finished third at the UR Alumni Invitational with a time of 4:06.91...Won the 800 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi with a time of 2:23.54...Set a new PR in the 400 meters (7th, 1:02.52) and ran to another third-place finish in the 4x400 Relay (4:19.86) at the UR Spring Twilight.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Appeared in three meets...Ranked 3rd on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4...Earned highest individual finish of 17th place at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9, coming in the 500 meters (1:33.11).
Outdoor: Five meet appearances on as a first-year outdoors...Three top-8 results on the year, all coming on the 4x400 meter relay...3rd place at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on Apr. 29 and 4th place finish at the RIT Invitational on Apr. 8...Had top 400 meter time of 1:06.02 in 14th place result at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, a season-best individual result.
HS: Lettered in swimming, cross country and outdoor track & field for the Silverhawks of School of the Arts...Named track team captain as a senior when she also earned MVP honors...All-Greater Rochester honorable mention honors in 2021 and earned the Coaches Award the same season...Track personal best time of 2:40.0 for the 800 meters...Member of the Dance Club...National Honor Society Member.
