At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Seven meet appearances indoors as a sophomore...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championship in the 800 meters and finished 22nd in 2:22.36...Secured Second Team All-Liberty League honors with a runner-up finish in the DMR (12:15.99) at the Liberty League Championships...Also, scored at the Liberty League meet in the 800 meters, placing 7th in an indoor PR of 2:20.35...Ended the season ranked #31 on the Division III Indoor performance list in the DMR...Nine total top-8 results on the season...Posted a win in the 1,000 meters (3:12.68) and a runner-up finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.
Outdoor: Continued strong sophomore campaign outdoors, competing at seven meets...Was on UR's winning 4x800 meter relay team at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships that set a Rochester and AARTFC meet record of 9:09.01, ranking #15 all-time in Division III history...Also, competed individually at regionals in the 800 meters, ranking 13th in 2:18.80...Scored eighth place finishes in both the 800 meters (PR 2:18.61) and 1500 meters (PR 4:46.63) at the Liberty League Championships, aiding in the Yellowjackets securing the team title...Was on school record sprint medley relay at the William & Mary Colonial Relays that finished fourth in 4:06.69, setting the new #8 mark all-time in Division III history...Ran on winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo on Mar. 29, also ending third in the 1500 meters...Secured two third place results in front of the home crowd at the UR Alumni Invitational, coming in the 4x400 meter relay and 800 meters...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic and the USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams.
At UR 2023-24:Â Indoor:Â First-year ran in six meets...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League in the distance medley relay, finishing 3rd (12:56.77) in the relay at the conference championships...Also ran the 800 meters at Liberty Leagues, finishing 16th (2:28.78)...Turned in six top-10 results...Kicked off the indoor season with a third-place finish in the 1,000 meters (3:14.04) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8...Helped UR's 4x400 Relay to a first-place result at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20...Qualified for and ran the 800 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 9.
Outdoor:Â Competed in five meets during the outdoor season...Ran the 800 meters at Liberty Leagues, placing 16th (2:23.64)...Earned four top-10 results...Kicked off the outdoor campaign with an eighth-place finish (2:26.49) at the Towson Invitational on March 29...Scored a pair of top-five results in the 4x400 Relay (3rd, 4:19.86) and the 800 meters (5th, 2:22.69) at the UR Spring Twilight, running a season-best time in the 800.
