Outdoor: Continued to be in the hunt at the NCAA Division III Championships during the outdoor season, ending fourth individually in the 400 meter hurdles and was eighth on UR's 4x400 meter relay, leading to two First Team All-America honors from the USTFCCCA...Set school record in the 400 meter hurdles a total of four times on the season, with the last coming at the NCAA Championships where she ran 1:00.21, which also is a new Liberty League record...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in three events, the 4x400 meter relay, 400 meter hurdles and 400 meters...Three All-Liberty League honors by virtue of two wins (400 meter hurdles, 4x400 meter relay) and a second place (400 meters) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Set Liberty League meet record in the 400 meter hurdles (1:01.25)...Ran 17 total times across nine meets during the season, finishing with just one result lower than eighth place...Tallied seven event wins and was a double-winner at the Liberty League meet and St. John Fisher Cardinal Last Chance...Helped UR's sprint medley relay set a new school record of 4:06.69 at the William & Mary Colonial Relays, a time which also ranks #8 all-time in Division III history...Was ranked #3 nationally on the Division III performance list in the 400 meter hurdles, #4 in the 4x400 meter relay and #47 in the 400 meters...Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Week on May 12...Selected for Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators and was a Liberty League All-Academic honoree...Earned second-straight USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

HS: Participated on the track and field and cross country teams at Strath Haven HS...Co-captain for outdoor track and field during 2023 season...Earned three MVP awards throughout track and field career, adding indoor Freshman Award and indoor Comeback Award to her resume...1st Team All-Delaware County in 2023...Named to the 2022 All-DCGTFCA Indoor Team and was All-Delco Honorable Mention the same year during outdoor season...Personal bests of 26.6 in the 200 meters, 57.77 in the 400 meters and 9.98 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles...Helped Panthers team to 7th place finish in the 4x800 meter relay at the PIAA Outdoor State Championships in 2022...Also, finished 8th individually in the 300 meter hurdles at the same meet the following year...Member of the National Honor Society.
