At UR 2024: Played in all 11 games as a fifth-year for Rochester...Recorded fve tackles (one solo) while contributing defensively and on special teams...Made a pair of tackles (one solo) in the 'Jackets regular-season finale at Hobart on Nov. 16...Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team...Fourth-straight Liberty League All-Academic accolade.

At UR 2023: Senior saw action in all 10 games...Tallied 16 tackles (7 solo)...Notched a season-high four tackles (two solo) at St. Lawrence on Oct. 14...Earned third-straight Liberty League All-Academic honor.

At UR 2022: Junior defensive back appeared in all ten games for the Yellowjackets...Ended the season with 11 tackles and one tackle for loss...Six solo stops on the season, including two at Union where he had a big 24-yard loss on a Union mishap in the backfield...Named Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2021: The sophomore appeared in seven games for Rochester and finished with five tackles...Four solo stops and chipped in one tackle for loss and one pass breakup...Had two tackles against Ithaca on Oct. 9 and at Hartwick on Nov. 6...Member of the UAA and Liberty League All-Academic teams.

HS: Earned multiple varsity letters in football (4x), baseball (3x) and basketball (2x) at Amherst Regional HS...Named football captain two seasons and led baseball team during junior year...Two-time football Team MVP and was Rising Star as a sophomore...Two-time All-League honoree and was Suburban North League MVP as a senior...Also, earned multiple 1st Team All-Western Massachusetts honors on the gridiron...Helped Hurricanes to three straight league titles and a 2019 division and regional title, reaching the state finals...Member of the Student Council and Student Union.

Personal: Brother, Nate Mills '26, also attends Rochester and is a member of the football team.
