At UR 2014: The senior ran in six events in his final season...Posted a career best 8k time of 27:54.9 at the Oswego State Invitational on Sept. 6 where he finished in 69th place.

At UR 2013: Competed in five races for the Yellowjackets as a junior...Season best time and result at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sep. 28.

HS: Attended Illinois Math and Science Academy where he earned three varsity letters in both track and field and cross country...Named captain of both teams his senior year...Three-time cross country team MVP...Named All-Conference his senior season...Personal best of 4:50.9 in the 1600m...Named Illinois State Scholar in 2011.
