At UR 2022: Competed in six races as a senior...Capped off her senior campaign with USTFCCCA All-Region honors, finishing 35th (24:00.0) out of 166 runners at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional...Finished 1st out of 81 runners at the Highlander XC Short Course with a 4k PR of 14:46.0...Added another Top-20 finish at the Yellowjacket Invitational, finishing 17th with a time of 23:45.4...Finished in the Top-100 in five out of her six races, and beat 71.79 percent of opposing runners...Garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors...Named a 2022 Lysle “Spike” Garnish Scholar-Athlete...UAA All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2021: Strong junior season, leading Rochester's three runners at the NCAA Division III Championships, placing 196th in a career-best 23:06.6 6K time...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after an 11th place result at the NCAA Niagara Regional, helping Rochester to a runner-up team finish...Third Yellowjacket across the line at the UAA Championships, finishing 34th...Was top-30 at UR Yellowjacket Invite (28th), Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational (19th) and Rowan Border Battle (25th)...Had win-loss percentage of 74.2% on the season...Named to UAA All-Academic team for the second straight year...Selected as a Provost Circle Scholar.

At UR 2019: Great rookie season with Rochester, tying for the team lead by running in all eight competitions, including the NCAA Championships, NCAA Regionals and UAA Championships...Cracked UR's top-5 at the season-opening St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite, finishing 36th...Six top-100 finishes and compiled a W/L record of 1031-812, good for a 56% winning percentage...Season-best 6k time of 24:21.1 at the Connecticut College Invitational.
