At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Sophomore ran three times during the indoor campaign...Season-best ninth-place result in the 3,000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Saw the track in four meets, running the 1,500 and 5,000 meters...Clocked in with a new personal-best time of 20:01.60 and season-high seventh-place finish in the 5,000 meters at RIT's Bill Q Invitational...Recognized on the Liberty League All-Academic Team. 

At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Did not compete indoors as a first-year for the Yellowjackets.

Outdoor: Appeared in three meets outdoors during first-year season...Placed 11th in the 1500 meters at the Rochester Spring Twilight, crossing the finish in 5:17.79...Season-best time of 5:12.63 in the 1500 meters came at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic.

HS: Attended The Neuva School in San Mateo, CA...Ran cross country and track & field for the Mavericks...Two-year team captain as a junior and senior...Cross country league champion...Two-time 3200 League Champion, 1,600 League Champion and 4x800 Relay League Champion...Also ran for the Bay Meadows Track Club.
