At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Enjoyed excelled first season competing in collegiate track & field, securing First Team All-America accolades as a part of Rochester 4x400 meter relay squad...Relay team finished sixth at the NCAA Division III Championships in a season-best time of 3:49.20, also winning titles at the AARTFC and Liberty League Championship meets...Competed in three events at the Liberty League meet, also ranking sixth in the 400 meters (1:00.05) and 15th in the 200 meters...4x400 meter relay team earned First Team All-Liberty League awards and established a new conference meet record of 3:51.58  in the process...Qualified for the AARTFC regional meet individually in the 400 meters and placed 14th...Earned 12 total top-8 results on the season, including five wins...USTFCCCA All-Region as part of the 4x400 meter relay...Ranked #11 on the Division III performance list during the season...Two-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week on the year...Placed first in the 4x400 meter relay and fourth in the 400 meters at both the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 6 and Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8.

Outdoor: Backed up strong indoor campaign with another outstanding effort during the outdoor season...Received First Team All-America honors from the USTFCCCA after running on Rochester's eighth place 4x400 meter relay team at the NCAA Division III Championships...Also, qualified for NCAA's in the 400 meter hurdles, placing 22nd...Named Liberty League Rookie of the Year for the outdoor season...Two-time USTFCCCA All-Region honoree (400 meter hurdles, 4x400 meter relay)...Placed second in both the 400 meter hurdles (season-best 1:01.55) and 4x400 meter relay (3:50.45) at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...First Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x400 meter relay and was Second Team in the 400 meter hurdles, ending first and second, respectively, at the league championships...Compiled 12 top-8 finishes during the season, including three wins...Ranked #4 on the Division III qualifying list in the 4x400 meter relay (3:43.84), was #12 in the 400 meter hurdles (1:01.55) and was top-50 as a part of another UR relay...Five-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week receipient...Helped 4x400 meter relay claim the title at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic...Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team and was a Liberty League All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

HS: Went to Avon Grove High School...Ran varsity track & field for the Red Devils...Senior year team captain...Two-time Coaches Award Winner...Senior Award...Two-time Chesmont League First-Team selection...Personal-best times of 46.95 in the 300-meter hurdles, 27.32 in the 200 meters and 10.39 in the 60-meter hurdles...Helped the Red Devils to a first-place finish in the Chesmont League as a junior and second place as a senior...Also competed on The Stables at Fox Crossing's Equestrian Team...National Honors Society...Computer Science Honors Society.
