At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Rochester's top finisher in the pentathlon at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, placing fourth with top-four finishes in the long jump (2nd), shot put (3rd) and 800 meters (4th)...Also finished just shy of the podium in the long jump at the conference championships...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships in the pentathlon and set a new personal-best 2,901-point score, good for eighth...Also hit new PRs in the 800 meter (4th, 2:30.89), shot put (6th, 9.08m) and 60-meter hurdles (10th, 10.01) and finished first in the pentathlon long jump (1st, 5.33m)...Overall, competed in seven meets and earned six top-10 results...Claimed top-five results in the long jump three-straight weekends at the Ithaca Tri-Meet (4th), NYU D3 Invitational (3rd) and Nazareth Conference Tune-Up (5th).
Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets outdoors...Led URochester in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Championships with a fourth-place finish, setting new PRs in the heptathlon (3,780 pts), 200 meters (2nd, 26.80) and 100-meter hurdles (10th, 17.26)...Also scored in the long jump at the conference championships, with a new personal-best 5.44m leap, good for fifth...Competed in the heptathlon again at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, notching a PR in the javelin (7th, 27.26m)...Seven top-10 results on the year...Member of URochester's ninth-place sprint medley relay at William & Mary's Colonial Relays...Took second in the heptathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Finished seventh in the javelin toss at the URochester Alumni Invitational...Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Competed at seven meets during first-year season...Placed fifth at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the pentathlon, scoring 2,684 points...That result included pentathlon wins in the shot put (8.47 meters) and long jump (5.19 meters)...Was also 11th at the conference meet individually in the long jump (5.16 meters)...Multi-event athlete competed in eight different events during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Appeared in seven competitions...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships in the long jump and placed 24th overall...Was fourth in the long jump at the Liberty League Championships with a season-best leap of 5.42 meters, also competing at the conference meet in the heptathlon...Secured fourth place result in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 3,494 points at the Rochester Spring Twilight on Apr. 14-15...Ran on UR's 4x200 meter relay that placed fourth at the William & Mary Colonial Relays in early April...Posted a pair of top-4 results at the UR Alumni Invitational.
HS: Attended West Genesee Senior HS where he was a member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track & field teams along with cross country and tennis...Named captain of indoor and outdoor track teams as a senior...MVP team award during senior season...Hammer award for the Wildcats as a sophomore and was Impact Rookie as a freshman...Received school Sportsmanship Award...Named All-Central NY in outdoor track & field during the 2022 season...Personal-bests of 32'11.75'' in the triple jump, 16' in the long jump and 5'1'' in the high jump...High Honor Roll student, member of the Positivity Project (President), Student Council Representative and Class of 2024 Senate member.
