At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Competed once as a sophomore during the indoor season, running the mile at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Finished fifth with a time of 5:36.47 at Nazareth.

Outdoor: Appeared in five meets...Ran the 800 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, setting a new PR (15th, 2:23.01)...Scored three podium finishes...Earned a third-place finish in the 800 meters (2:24.85) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14...Season-best second-place finish in the 800 meters (2:26.98) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Helped UR's 'B' relay to a third-place result (4:19.86) in the 4x400 Relay and set a PR in the 1,500 meters (17th, 5:02.74) at the UR Spring Twilight on April 26...Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Ran twice indoors in first season with Rochester...Finished in 6th place on UR's 4x400 meter relay team at the Winter Welcome Back Meet on Jan. 21, adding a 20th place result in the 800 meters...Had two top-15 results at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9.

Outdoor: Appeared three times outdoors...Finished on 6th place 4x400 meter relay team at the UR Alumni Invitational...Season-best time of 2:34.57 in 16th place run during the 800 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.

HS: Ran cross country and track & field at the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT...Named team captain of XC and track & field teams as a senior...Earned track & field Coaches Award.
