At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Strong first-year season indoors which saw the rookie compete at the AARTFC and Liberty League Championships indoors...Overall, competed in six meets...Earned Second Team All-Liberty League honors in the distance medley relay after helping UR earn a runner-up result in 12:15.99 at the conference meet...That time ranked the DMR 31st on the Division III performance list during the season...Ended 11th individually at Liberty League's in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 2:23.09...Ran the mile at the regional meet and finished in 5:22.26, placing 24th...Posted two top-3 results at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, running second in the mile (5:19.31) and third in the 800 meters (2:25.67).
Outdoor: Kept solid season going into outdoor campaign, competing at both the All-Atlantic Region and Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Earned AARTFC title in the 4x800 meter relay, helping UR finish in 9:09.01, setting a new meet and UR school record in the process...That team also now ranks #15 on the Division III all-time list...Also, competed individually in the 1500 meters at the AARTFC meet...Placed tenth in a season-best time of 4:49.49 in the 1500 meters at the Liberty League Championships...Five top-10 results on the season, including picking up two at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 19...Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic squad.
HS: Went to Fayetteville-Manlius High School...Four-year varsity letter winner in cross country, and added seven letters in indoor and outdoor track & field...Outdoor Track Team Captain as a senior...2022 All-CNY Girls Team in Cross Country...Cross Country Section 3 Sportmanship Award as a senior...Babe Ruth Award...Gaffey Award for Cross County and Indoor Track & Field...Personal-best times of 18:42.9 in the 5k, 5:16.8 in the mile, 4:48.46 in the 1,500 meters, 3:01.39 in the 1,000 meters, 2:21.32 in the 800 meters, 1:44 in the 600 meters and 1:04 in the 400 meters...Helped the Warriors cross country team to first place at leagues and sections and second place at the NYSPHAA State Championship and Federation Meet as a sophomore...Member of the Warriors 4x800 Relay as a junior and senior, placing first at sectionals and second at the NY State Qualifiers...Helped the Warriors cross country team win both leagues and sectionals for the 18th-straight year...Member of the National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Tri-M and the Spanish Honor Society...Silver Medal for the 2023 National Spanish Exam.
