Sophomore Cole Goodman has garnered one final weekly award from the Liberty League, wrapping the 2022-23 track and field season as the Co-Field Performer of the Week in the conference.

The long and triple jumper had a remarkable meet at this past week's NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships where he earned a pair of All-America honors. Goodman came in third place in the long jump and fifth place in the triple jump to become the first Yellowjacket male to earn All-America honors in both jumps during the same NCAA meet.

His week started off with a 7.34 meter leap in the long jump, ranking third in the field of 22 jumpers, ending in a spot that was ten spots higher than his seed mark. Two days later in the triple jump, Goodman placed fifth with a 15.24 meter mark, ending just 1 centimeter off the school record. His finishes helped UR to a tie for 18th finish in the team scoring, the programs best result at outdoor NCAA's in over 40 years.

Goodman's Fielder Performer of the Week award was shared with Dom Mikula of Ithaca College. It was Goodman's fourth weekly conference award this outdoor season.
