Five individuals from University of Rochester spring teams were selected as Liberty League Performers or Rookies of the week in their respective sports, as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.

Seniors Megan Bell and Sean Hendricks were named Liberty League Women's and Men's Track Performers of the Week, respectively, with teammates Eva Ciuffetelli and Austin Lansey garnering Rookie of the Week accolades in both women's and men's track and field.

Additionally, junior Rowan Mulholland was named the softball Performer of the Week, UR's third softball weekly award winner this season.

Bell had a record setting performance over the weekend, competing at the William & Mary Colonial Relays on Friday and Saturday. The senior posted the number one time in Division III this season in both the 400 meters (54.77 seconds) and 800 meters (2:05.34) while also running a leg on UR's school record breaking sprint medley relay squad (4:06.69). Both the 800 meter time and the SMR time are now #6 all-time in Division III history. Bell's 800 meter time also smashed her own school record by nearly four seconds and set a new Liberty League association record.

Hendricks ran well during his outdoor season debut in 2025, finishing third overall during the 1500 meter invitational event at the William & Mary Colonia Relays. The Yellowjacket senior was the top Division III finisher in the event and posted a time of 3:48.59, establishing a new personal-best and currently ranks #6 on the Division III performance list this season. His time also qualified for the AARTFC Championships and is the top time in the Liberty League so far in 2025.

Ciuffetelli was a part of two scoring events for Rochester at William & Mary, running to seventh place in the 400 meter hurdles and fourth place in the sprint medley relay. The sophomore ran a time of 1:02.31 in the hurdle event, currently ranking #8 on the Division III performance list and #2 (behind a UR teammate) in the Liberty League. Her time also qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional meet later this spring. Additionally, Ciuffetelli ran on Rochester's sprint medley relay team that finished in a UR school record time of 4:06.69, which ranks #6 all-time in Division III history outdoors. As a team, the Yellowjackets scored 50 total points, ranking 6th of 30 teams at the meet, while also finishing as the top Division III school.

Lansey competed in both the long and triple jump for Rochester at William & Mary over the weekend. The first-year jumper finished 13th and was the top Division III finisher in the triple jump, posting a distance of 13.63 meters, an All-Atlantic Region qualifier and the current top jump in the Liberty League this season. Lansey also added a 6.33 meter distance in the long jump, ranking 23rd in the field of athletes, being the fourth best Division III finisher. That long jump mark ranks fourth in the Liberty League this season. UR finished 9th among 33 teams that scored at the mainly Division I team competition, with the Yellowjackets being the top Division III school.

Mulholland helped Rochester to a doubleheader sweep over RIT on Friday, hitting .500 (3-for-6) with 3 runs scored, 4 RBI and a home run across the two games. The junior catcher also handled all 18 chances defensively at catcher cleanly and clubbed her first collegiate home run in the game two victory. Rochester won 6-0 in game one and 8-2 in the night cap. The junior is currently slashing .377/.452/.491 on the season with 11 runs, 4 extra-base hits and 8 RBI.
