HENRIETTA, NY – The University of Rochester women's track & field team wrapped up the 2025-26 Liberty League Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by RIT, with a second-place finish and took home another four conference titles on Saturday inside the Gordon Field House.

Rochester's four event wins on Saturday upped their weekend total to five Liberty League individual and relay champions, in addition to 17 top-three results and 25 All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championship qualifiers across the two-day competition.

First-year Lauren Murphy was named the Liberty League Women's Field Performer of the Meet, after taking second in the long jump on Friday, and winning both the triple jump and 4x400-meter relay on Saturday.

Murphy set a Liberty League Championship Meet record with her final, 11.88m leap. The jump helped earn the first-year the top spot on the podium and was an AARTFC qualifier. Ashleigh Barrett also joined Murphy on the podium with a fifth-place result, setting a new PR with her 10.92m leap, also an AARTFC qualifier.

Murphy also ran the third leg of Rochester's 4x400-meter relay alongside Eva Ciuffetelli, Raquella Casserino and Nora Chen, combining for a first-place time of 3:52.97, another regional qualifier and a Gordon Field House facility record. The relay time also ranks 15th on the DIII Indoor Qualifying List.

Chen, in addition to her Liberty League 400-meter title on Friday and the 4x400-meter crown, added another title in the 200 meters, crossing the finish line in 25.17 seconds, an AARTFC qualifier, a new personal-best time, and the 18th-ranked time on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List.

The junior also opened Rochester's day with a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles, netting another regional qualifier with an 8.94-second time.

Ciuffetelli was also a two-event winner for the Yellowjackets, taking home the title in the 800 meters, in addition to the 4x400-meter relay win. Ciuffetelli crossed the finish line with a regional-qualifying and facility-record 3:13.85 time, good for the 12th-fastest 800 meters in DIII this season.

Two other Yellowjackets also scored for URochester in the 800 meters, joining Ciuffetelli in the top eight. Emily Dill set a new personal-best time and hit the AARTFC qualifying mark with her third-place finish and 2:16.81 time, No. 50 on the Indoor Qualifying List, while Peyton Classer came in seventh with a time of 2:22.68, another AARTFC qualifier and new PR.

Elsewhere in the field events, Madison Vargas took second in the weight throw, hitting the regional-qualifying mark with a 16.76m toss. While in the high jump, Nora Dreslin was Rochester's top finisher, netting a seventh-place finish with a new personal-best height of 1.53m.

After qualifying on Friday for the 60-meter finals, Lizzie Merrill again finished eighth, clocking in at 8.20 seconds after setting a PR in the prelims.
