NEW ORLEANS, LA – Three members of the University of Rochester women's track & field team combined to earn five All-America honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their performance at this past weekend's NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, as announced by the USTFCCCA on Monday.

Lauren Murphy each netted two All-America honors during the indoor season, while junior
Eva Ciuffetelli corralled one award.
Athletes of member institutions who finished in the top-8 of their respective individual events and relays at the 2026 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend in Birmingham, AL, took home First-Team All-America honors, while those who placed ninth through 16th individually and ninth through 12th as part of a relay earned Second-Team All-America.
Chen received her first All-America honors for her performance in the 60-meter hurdles, becoming URochester's first-ever All-American in the event with a 16th-place finish and 8.84-second time to earn Second-Team All-America praise.
The junior then scored First-Team All-America honors in the 400 meters, earning a spot in the final with a sixth-place time of 55.78 seconds in the prelims, before finishing seventh, clocking in at 55.87 seconds in the final. The All-America nod is the ninth of Chen's career, and her seventh first-team honor.
Murphy earned All-America honors in both horizontal jumping events, Second-Team accolades in the long jump, and First-Team honors in the triple jump. In the long jump, Murphy's 5.45m leap was good for 14th and Second-Team All-America honors, while in the triple jump, Murphy advanced to the final with a 12.06m jump on her third attempt, breaking the school record and eventually finishing sixth to earn First-Team All-America accolades.
Ciuffetelli notched Rochester's final All-America award in the 800 meters, qualifying for the final on Friday with a time of 2:10.99, and then finished eighth on Saturday in the final, crossing the finish line in 2:12.48 to net her first-career individual All-America honor, and the third overall.
The 2025-26 indoor season marked the seventh-straight year, not including the COVID-19-shortened 2020-21 season, that the Yellowjackets have earned multiple All-America honors at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships.
