The University of Rochester men's and women's swimming and diving teams received College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team honors for the spring 2026 semester, as announced by the CSCAA on Wednesday.
Â
Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2026 grade point averages and were required to achieve a team GPA of 3.00 or higher to earn Scholar All-America recognition. 714 teams from 418 institutions representing a total of 16,680 student-athletes met the criteria to earn Spring Scholar All-America Team honors.
Â
The Yellowjacket men secured Scholar All-America Team recognition for the 22nd-straight semester, compiling a 3.69 Team GPA, while the women achieved the honor for the 24th-straight semester since the CSCAA first started the program back in the mid-2000s with a 3.56 Team GPA this past spring.
Â
"This recognition celebrates the remarkable commitment these student-athletes make to excellence both in the classroom and in competition," said CSCAA Executive Director Samantha Barany. "The 714 teams honored this spring represent the very best of collegiate swimming and diving, demonstrating that academic success and athletic achievement go hand in hand. We congratulate every student-athlete, coach, and institution recognized."
