At UR 2014: Ran in seven races as a senior, posting a season best 35th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships where Rochester finished in 3rd place...Ran her quickest 6k race of the season in her final run at the NCAA Atlantic Regional where she posted a time of 24:18.6 and finished in the top half of the field...UAA All-Academic for the 3rd straight season.

At UR 2013: The junior ran in a team high seven races in 2013...Posted two finishes inside UR's top-5, placing 34th in the season opening Oswego State Invitational and 57th at the UAA Championships...Career best 6k time of 24:12.0 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumbler where UR finished 8th of 34 schools...Named to UAA's All-Academic squad.

At UR 2012: Ran in four events during sophomore year...Posted 23rd place finish at the Harry Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan on Sept. 29...Named to UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2011: Competed in six meets her freshman season...Finished in a season best 19th place at the season opening Brockport Invitational...Earned 20th place at the UB Stampede Invitational Sept. 17.

HS: Attended Colonie Central HS where she ran cross country and track for the Raiders...Team captain of track and field squad as a senior.
