At UR 2017: Competed three times during her senior season...Had her best finish of ninth at the Hamilton Short Corse Invitational where she ran the 4k in 15:31.90 and helped her team take first place at the meet...Defeated 63 percent of her opponents on the year...Was named team co-captain...Received UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2016: Had a strong junior year...Competed in five races and was among the top-5 UR finishers twice...Finished 18th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, leading UR to a season best 4th place team result...Posted a career best 6k time of 21:10.0 at the Rowan University Border Battle...Was a part of UR's teams at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and the UAA Championships...Was named to UAA's All-Academic team for the second straight season.

At UR 2015: The sophomore participated in six races for the Yellowjackets in 2015...Led all UR runners across the finish line at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sept. 26, finishing 39th...Ended 7th in the open event at the Rowan University Border Battle where she ran a season best 6k time of 23:24.73...Overall, defeated 64% of opposing runners during the season...Placed 32nd at the season opening Rochester Flower City Classic...Earned spot on UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2014: Competed in five events for Rochester during her first year...Earned three top-50 finishes, running 42nd at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, 43rd at the Oswego State Invitational and 46th at the NYSCTC Championships.

HS: Graduated from Shepaug Valley HS where she participated in varsity cross country, swimming and outdoor track and field all four years...2x cross country and swimming team captain, track captain as a senior...Earned three straight All-League honors in cross country, four straight in swimming...Was All-State honoree in XC as a junior and senior...Class Valedictorian and Treasurer.
