At UR 2020: Honored for excellence in the classroom by being named Phi Beta Kappa during the spring semester, making her one of UR's top senior students...Named to fall UAA All-Academic squad, her third straight appearance.

At UR 2019: One of two UR runners to appear in all eight meets...Finished inside UR's top-five at the season-opening St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite, leading Rochester with a 19th place result...Had five finishes inside the top-60 on the year...Part of Rochester contingent at the NCAA Division III Championships, Atlantic Regional and UAA Championships...Crossed finish in 24:02.7 at the Connecticut College Invitational for her season-best 6k time...Member of the fall semester UAA All-Academic team for the second year in a row.

At UR 2018: The sophomore ranked among the team leaders with a 37.75 average finish over four races...Placed 11th at the SJFC Cardinal Early Season Invitational...Season-best 6k time in the open race (21st place) at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle...Ended 50th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, aiding in Rochester's runner-up finish as a team...Named to the UAA's All-Academic team for her work in the classroom.

At UR 2017: Appeared in three races during her first season...Had a season best finish of 51st in the Brockport Early Season short course where she ran the 4k in 16:42.60.

HS: Graduate of Clarence HS...Lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Earned multiple Most Improved Player honors as a freshman...Named cross country team MVP as a sophomore...New York State qualifier in cross country for three straight seasons, also qualifying for state track championships on a relay as a sophomore and individually in the steeplechase as a junior...XC team qualified for the state championships twice during HS career.
