At UR 2017: Ran in five meets during graduate student year...Had a season best 8k time of 27:32.4 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Placed 14th of 79 in the open 5k race at the Williams Purple Valley Classic...Average finish of 66th place was 4th on Rochester among athletes who ran in four or more races...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2016: Joined the team as a senior and competed in four events...Was among UR's top-5 runners at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational...Posted season best 8k time of 27:34.48 at the UAA Championships...Ended in 51st place in the open race at the Rowan University Border Battle.

HS: Graduated from Nottingham HS where he earned letters in cross country along with indoor and outdoor track and field for the Bulldogs...Named cross country co-captain his junior and senior seasons when he also earned MVP honors...Was XC Most Improved as a sophomore...Personal best of 4:46 in the mile and 17:03 in the 5000m...Was co-president of Nottingham National Honor Society.
