At UR 2024: Ran in six meets as a senior...Capped off the season with USTFCCCA All-Region honors, finishing 25th with a time of 23:20.7 at the NCAA DIII Niagara Region XC Championships...Finished in the top-100 all six times raced, earning one top-25 finish and four top-50 results...Opened the year with a time of 15:52.8 and a 29th-place finish at the Hamilton Short Course...Finished a season-best 13th, clocking in at 24:02.1 at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5...Competed at UAAs and finished 47th, crossing the finish line in 23:12.0...UAA All-Academic honoree...Netted USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2023: Junior competed in six meets, tallying five top-50 results and a top-25 finish...Beat nearly 81.0 percent of runners faced, the second-best mark on the team...Opened the year with a top-10 result at the Highlander Short Course, finishing sixth with a 3k PR of 10:53.8 to help Rochester win the event for the second-consecutive year...Set a new personal-best 6k time at the Mike Woods Invitational, coming in 81st with a 22:54.8 time...Added another top-30 result at the Yellowjacket Invitational (30th, 23:38.4)...Finished 41st out of a field of 147 at the NCAA Niagara Regional to wrap up the year...Average finish of 41.33, second-lowest on the squad...Earned second-straight UAA All-Academic honor.

At UR 2022: Ran in six meets as a sophomore...Turned in three Top-50 finishes, including a season-high 8th-place at the Highlander XC Short Course...Set a new 6k PR with a 21:12.4 time at the Lehigh Paul Short Run...Finished 43rd out of 166 competitors at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional...Defeated 70.76 percent of the runners ran against...Earned UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2021: First-year runner appeared in four meets for the Yellowjackets...Had season-best finish of 39th place (of 186) at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Finished 66th at the UAA Championships...Top 6K time of 24:44.5 in 70th place result at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational.

HS: Graduated from Corning-Painted Post HS...Participated in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Hawks...Named cross country co-captain in 2020...Helped team to sectional titles in 2018 and 2019 for cross country...Personal best times of 4:56 in the 1500 meters, 10:57 in the 3000 meters and 19:13 in 5000 meters.

Personal: Both parents, Raymond '92 and Julie '92, attended Rochester. Raymond was a member of the UR national champion cross country team in 1991. Brother, Nathan '23, also attended Rochester and was a member of the men's track and field and cross country programs.
