At UR 2017: Competed in five races during her senior season...Finished 51st at the UAA Championships and was a top-100 finisher at the NCAA Atlantic Regional...Season-best 6k time of 24:08.7 came at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Sept. 25.

At UR 2016: The junior hit the course three times during the fall...Was a part of UR's top-5 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational in October...Had a season best 6k time of 24:44.9 at the Rowan University Border Battle open race where she placed 56th.

At UR 2015: Competed five times during sophomore campaign...Kicked off season with a strong 7th place finish (3rd UR finisher) at the Rochester Flower City Opener...Posted season top 6k time at the Rowan University Border Battle where she finished in 23:29.96.

At UR 2014: Was a mainstay in the top-5 of UR's lineup in 2014...The freshman ran in seven races and defeated over 75% of opposing runners...Posted a season best 6k time of 23:01.53 in a 22nd place finish at the UAA Championships on Nov. 1...Ended 24th at the Oswego State Invitational and 35th at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Earned 2nd Team All-NYSCTC after a 14th place run at the conference championships on Oct. 25th...Named a USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete.

HS: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field for the Warriors of Tuba City, HS...Named captain of the cross country team as a junior and senior...Three-time MVP in XC, one-time MVP in track and field...Was Tuba City HS Athlete of the Year and Academic Athlete of the Year...Earned two Division 3 800m state titles in track with a personal best time of 2:18...Class Co-Salutatorian and National Honor Society President.
