At UR 2025: Capped off her senior season with USTFCCCA All-Region honors, placing 35th at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional to wrap up the year...Ran in all six of the Yellowjackets' meets as a senior, tallying a team-best four top-25 results...Also posted a team-best 19.83 average finish, and beat 87.07 percent of opposing runners...Was Rochester's top runner at UAAs, finishing 36th with a new personal-best time of 22:42.4...Paced the 'Jackets at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a 20th-place result...Came in fifth at the Kara Hall Memorial Invite on Oct. 4...Finished 12th at UR's Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 20...Opened the year with an 11th-place finish at the Tom Balon Alumni Classic...Received UAA All-Academic recognition for the third-straight season.

At UR 2024: Breakout campaign saw the junior compete in seven races, finishing in the top 50 in all of them...Also added four top-25 results and totaled seven top-100 finishes...Scored USTFCCCA All-Region accolades with a 24th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional, crossing the finish line in 23:20.3...Set a new, personal-best. 6k time of 23:09.0 at the UAA Championships, placing 46th...Tallied an average finish of 33.0, fourth-lowest on the team...Notched a season-best 12th-place result (23:57.3) at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5...Finished in the top 25 at both the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite (23rd) and Hamilton Short Course (22nd)...Earned UAA All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition.

At UR 2023: Ran in three meets as a sophomore...Crossed the finish line with a season-best time of 25:08.0 at the Mike Woods Invitational...UAA All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2022: Competed in once race during first-year campaign...Clocked in at 29:06.2 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

HS: Lettered in varsity cross country and both indoor and outdoor track & field at Grand Island Senior HS...Named cross country captain as a junior and senior...Cross country team MVP as a sophomore...Earned 1st Team All-League in XC during first two seasons with the Vikings...Added All-League honors in track & field during final two years...Personal best of 5:09 in the 1500 meters and 11:12 in the 3000 meters...Helped team to Section B1 titles in 2019 and 2019 and runner-up finish in 2021...Treasurer of the National Honor Society.
