Two University of Rochester student-athletes,
Carolyn Richards of the women's soccer team and
Hass Diallo from the lacrosse program, have been honored this spring as award winners from the University.
Â
Richards was a co-winner of the Susan B. Anthony Legacy Award, Fannie Bigelow Prize, while Diallo was named the recipient of the UR Student Life Athletic Leadership Award.

The Susan B. Anthony Legacy Awards are a 75-year plus tradition at the University, honoring exceptional women from the University of Rochester community. That award ceremony took place on April 1st, and honored eight individual winners for the six Legacy Awards.
Â
Rochester's Student Life Awards, also known as 'The Rocky's', ceremony took place last Friday. The Award for Athletic Leadership recognizes the positive contributions athletes make to the campus community. It is presented annually to a student-athlete who has contributed to campus life and demonstrated leadership within their club or varsity sport.
Â
Richards is a current take-5 scholar and native of Los Angeles, California. Diallo, a junior at Rochester, comes to the River Campus from New York, New York.
