The University of Rochester women's soccer team earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for its excellence in the classroom over the past academic year, as announced by the United Soccer Coaches on Friday.
 
A total of 778 soccer teams (326 men, 452 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year.
 
The Yellowjackets posted a 3.78 Team GPA in 2025-26, securing Team Academic honors for the fourth-consecutive year under Head Coach Ashley Van Vechten, and for the 24th-consecutive season overall.
 
United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over a full academic year.
