At UR 2024: Superb senior campaign, capped off with Second-Team All-UAA honors at the UAA Championships...Ran in four meets, earning three top-10 results and never finishing outside the top 15...Placed 14th at UAAs to earn second-team honors, crossing the finish line in 24:48.0, UR's top finisher...Opened the season with a second-place result (25:51.6) at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 21...Added another second-place finish (25:21.3) at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5...Notched a new personal-best time of 24:34.6 at the Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 19, finishing sixth in the 492-person field...Team-best 6.00 average finish...Defeated 98.07 percent of opposing runners...Selected for UAA All-Academic recognition...Named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators.

At UR 2023: Competed in one meet, the Yellowjacket Invitational, finishing 58th with a time of 27:07.1...Earned UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2022: Did not appear in any meets as a sophomore...Named to the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2021: Earned All-Niagara Region honors during first-year season with Rochester, placing 26th at the NCAA Niagara Region Championship...Ended with a 29.60 average finish over five meets, ranking as the best on UR in that category...Was in UR's top-5 all five events he ran, finishing first among Rochester runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep 18...Season-best time of 25:50.9 at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Four top-50 results.

HS: Graduated from Saranac Lake HS...Member of the cross country, basketball and outdoor track and field teams...Two-time basketball team captain, also leading cross country and track programs during senior year...As a sophomore, was cross country team MVP...Earned CVAC All-Star accolades in cross country for four straight years, earning NYS Class C All-State honors three times...Personal best time of 4:20 in the 1600 meters...Helped Red Storm to Class C state cross country title in 2018 and 2019...Part of school record 4x800 meter relay team...Member of National Honor Society.
